How long to process visa to Myanmar?

The processing time for obtaining an e-visa for Myanmar can vary. Generally, it takes around 1 to 3 working days to receive the e-visa approval. However, it's important to note that processing times may be subject to change and can depend on various factors such as the volume of applications, holidays, weekends, and other unforeseen circumstances.

After submitting your online visa application, you will typically receive an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your application. The email will contain information about the processing time. It's advisable to check your email regularly, including your spam or junk folder, as important updates regarding your e-visa application may be communicated through email.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, it's recommended to apply for the Myanmar e-visa well in advance of your intended travel dates. This allows for any potential delays and provides ample time to make necessary arrangements once the e-visa is approved.

At the moment, there are 3 options available for you to choose from: 

  • Normal: Your e-visa will be sent in 03 business days.
  • Urgent: Your e-visa will be sent in 01 business day.
  • Super Urgent: Your e-visa will be sent in 05 business hours.
