• Wi-fi is extremely unreliable 
• Have plenty of crisp US Dollars
• Do not change money in the black market
• There are plenty of ATMs now, but some cards still don’t work well in all Banks
• It can still be done cheaply
• Men wear “Skirts”
• People chew betel nuts as a Pastime
• Know when to go
• The country still has restricted parts of Tourism 
• Do not bring up politics
• Some of your money will undoubtedly go to the Government
• Cleanliness and (common sense) safety are thrown to the back seat
